There was a time that manual lifting was the norm in many facilities. Today, we are working faster, smarter, and more efficiently with work station cranes, scissor lift tables, tilt tables, and carousels.

For manual palletizing and de-palletizing, we have introduced the self leveling lift table. Not requiring any outside power, this eliminates the bending, stretching and reaching associated with stacking products onto a shipping pallet. For precise and powered work positioning, we offer hydraulic lift tables or pneumatic lift tables in capacities from 500 to 12,000 lbs in lift heights to suit your requirements. Filling containers can be simplified by utilizing a tilt or a tilt and lift unit for ergonomic presentation of the products.

Work positioning has become an essential part of workstation design. Today, maximum production efficiency can only be realized by placing materials within the proper ergonomic window, the "Golden Zone", where the worker can reach the materials without stretching or bending.

Scissor lifts are essential to efficient production. From a simple 500 lb lift, to 10,000 lb capacities or more, lift tables bring the work to the worker. Eliminate sore backs, improve production and reduce or eliminate Workers' Compensation claims. Most lift tables need a range of motion from 24” to 36”, yet we can build standard lift tables to 70” and custom/dual lifts even higher.

Rotating, oversized, and conveyor roller tops are among the items that can precisely fit a standard lift table to your application. Safety bevel edges, pit mounting, and side skirts are also available, as well as special power packages.

There are applications where simply lifting material straight up will not present the work at the proper position. A tilt table will position containers and other material at a precise position for efficient placement or retrieval of components. A tilt table can be a dedicated piece of equipment that simply tips material towards an employee or it can be incorporated into a lift table (lift and tilt) or a conveying system as part of a complete load presentation system.
