Every
facility generates solid waste and how you handle your trash can
save you thousands of dollars.
Our powerful compactors, balers
and pre-crushers will reduce the volume of waste
generated, recycle valuable resources, and lower your cost of disposal.
JML Services can help you specify the most efficient method of disposing
your plant waste. Single and 2-cylinder compactors sized from 2
to 10 yards can handle any facility's disposal requirements. Often,
these are placed in a loading dock for drive-on efficiency. Enclose
the deck with a dog house to reduce heat loss and increase safety
and security. We can provide collection containers, for in-plant
use, and equip the compactor with a dumper to automatically empty
the containers into the compactor.
|
Compactors will achieve reduction ratios of
2 to 5 times loose waste, reducing your hauling costs accordingly.
For the greatest reduction, a pre-crusher compactor
will flatten a 55-gallon drum to about 6 inches, turn pallets
into toothpicks, and generate an 8-to-1 reduction of your waste.
Corrugated and plastic waste can be separated from the waste stream
and recycled using one of our vertical balers
or horizontal balers. Bale weights will
be over 1,000 lbs enabling the bale to be sold to generate additional
revenue.

Major
money savings can be generated from the trash your facility throws
away on a daily basis. Are you using a compactor
that your waste hauler ‘gave’ you for free? Or worse,
are you throwing all your garbage into an open-top container?
JML Services can help you compact your
waste into the heaviest legal weights, and reduce your waste bills
considerably. That compactor that came with your
hauling contract is likely designed to ensure the hauler’s
profits, and not your bottom line. Most likely, the compaction pressure
is minimal, and you can benefit from the greater density our heavy
duty compactors and dual-cylinder compactors
offer. You can reduce your hauling bill by 50 to
|
75% by replacing your open-top container with one of our compactors.
How about pallets, drums and other bulky materials? We can show
you how a pre-crusher can reduce a 55-gallon drum to about 6”,
make toothpicks out of pallets, and splinter other bulky items
into dense, economical material.

You
may be unknowingly throwing money right into your dumpster! Old
cardboard boxes, plastics and metals can be separated from your
waste stream, baled, and then sold for a profit. Stop making your
trash hauler wealthy, and recycle your cardboard waste. Just toss
your corrugated into one of our Vertical Balers
or Horizontal Balers and create a mill-sized 800-to
1,000 lb bale that will reduce the volume of trash and help the
environment at the same time.
For small to moderate volumes of cardboard,
choose a Vertical Baler. You have seen these in
the back of every supermarket, and they will do the same great job
for you. Simply throw the boxes in the chamber, close the gate,
and push a button.
For larger volumes of cardboard, a Horizontal Baler
allows constant feeding via conveyor or dumper. We can configure
these balers as either a ‘Closed Door’ or ‘Open
End’ style, and for the ultimate in continuous bale-making,
we can equip them with Auto-Ty technology.
