We have installations going on thirty years of reliable service with little maintenance and no down time due to overloading. Our design takes into account that operators tend to overload and even abuse printing die storage conveyors. Our motor drive has three times the chain pull capacity of any other system. We can store up to 5,000 printing dies with a single drive. Our system is flexible and can be configured to fit your facility with floor or ceiling supports (or a combination).

Gain floor space, stop ‘hunting’ for plates and let the conveyor do the work for you. State-of-the-art controls bring the plates to the operator via the shortest distance.

Model CDC-33 Cutting Die Cart

Model CDC-33 Cutting Die Cart is designed to pick cutting dies out of well organized storage racks. The special tong is battery operated vertically and combined with a push cart such that the only manual handling of the die is at the machine.

Space a problem? Our vertical storage carousel is designed to hold up to 800 printing plates in a 20’ X 8’ X 20’ high footprint! Store printing dies up to 32” wide by 60” high. Controls bring the dies around to an optimum picking height for the operator.
